HostMyBingo

90-ball bingo for pubs and venues

One host. One room. Five cards per player.

HostMyBingo runs a familiar 90-ball game in the browser. The host controls the calls, the venue TV keeps the room informed, and players mark their cards on their own phones.

Five cards, easy to read

Players join by QR code or room code. Each gets five cards, with one full-size card visible at a time and numbered tabs to switch.

From the first join to the next game

  1. Create your room. Sign in at app.hostmybingo.co.uk through Host HQ. Choose one line, full house or line then house, and check the details before inviting players.
  2. Pair the venue screen. Open screen.hostmybingo.co.uk on the TV and enter the room’s four-digit code.
  3. Let players join. They scan the room QR code or open play.hostmybingo.co.uk, enter the code and their name. Players need no account or app download.
  4. Call and mark the numbers. Use the host controls to draw. Players tap the numbers as they are called and switch between their five cards. Marked numbers stay marked.
  5. Check the winning claim. The game checks the selected card against the called numbers. The host reviews and confirms a valid claim before announcing the named winner.
  6. Continue or start the next game. In line then house, confirm the line and continue for full house. For a new game in the same room, use the next-game action: players keep their identities and receive fresh cards.

Choose the game for your room

One line: a complete horizontal line wins. Full house: every number on the selected card must be marked. Line then house: play both stages on the same cards.

Explain the format and prizes before the first call. The venue handles any entry charges and prizes directly; HostMyBingo has no player checkout or wallet.

The host stays in control

You can pause to help the room or resolve a connection problem. If you use automatic calling, keep the host tab visible and connected. Automatic calling stops when that tab is hidden or the host loses connection.

Choose one device for caller audio, enable its sound and check the volume before players arrive. Keep mute easy to reach.

Common questions

Does every player have to view five cards at once?

No. One card fills the phone view, with five numbered tabs for switching. Attention prompts help players find another card that needs a mark.

What if a phone briefly loses signal?

Reopen the same player link on the same phone and browser. Check that the existing player and cards return before joining as someone new. Recovery depends on the connection and the saved player identity.

Do players rejoin for the next game?

The next-game action in the same room keeps player identities and deals fresh cards. Marks and paid status reset. Tell the room before starting the next game.

Can we start immediately after requesting a trial?

The request starts a venue enquiry. We will confirm access and the next setup step. Practise with the host, TV and two phones before advertising your first night.
